All you have to do is click start and then watch closely to see where the ball has gone. Try to find it and bet some money on it too. You don't bet real money so it doesn't really matter. You can usually follow it pretty well, especially if you have a good video card.
It doesn't tell you how to get started but it's pretty simple... press 'new game' and then click 'Roll it' and you'll be playing the game in no time. It's a pretty fun game with a pretty nice layout to see everything you need to be able to see. Great game!
